Organisation of the annual convention for dealership managers in Spain. A 2-day event for 100 dealership managers. The location proposed for the convention was La Casa Encendida, a cultural and social centre very closed linked to creativity and innovation, which was in line with the messages to be raised in the convention itself.
The scenography was located in the central courtyard of La Casa Encendida and consisted of stands and a stage in an oval shape, with three 103″ plasma screens. This was all lit up with the client’s corporate colours using trusses.
The keynote speakers were specifically trained for this convention. Public speaking skills are becoming more and more valued as part of effective communication, so professional coachers and speakers trained the keynote speakers one-on-one and the other speakers in several group sessions on communication and public speaking techniques.
The e-commerce pioneer, Carlos Barrabés, gave his vision for the future with a talk on SMEs and business development in the world.
Cocktails and dinner followed the convention.
Some of the attendees stayed at the Eurostars Mirassiera Suites hotel, where the second day of the convention was held with workshops and a lunch to close the event.
